If you have sex with a 16 year old girl (legally) and could the gynecologist tell her parents?

If you have sex with a 16 year old girl (which is legal in my state) and she goes to the gynecologist (normal checkup) could her doctor tell that she has had sex and tell her parents?

Do 16 year old girls normally go to the gynecologist? How often?
16 is the legal age of consent in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania!
She is not underage, however she is not 18. I'm curious if the doctor has to say anything to her parents because she is not 18.
Well its kinda weird if your parents know you're having sex...
