can a female to male transexual have sex with a woman?

i heard that it's not like in male to female transexual where they can really have sex with guys and feel something, some says that the penis planted on female are artificial so they won't feel a thing, so can they still have sex with women? can their partner be aroused just like when their partner did it with real men?

There are two surgical options, to be conducted from the starting point of the micropenis which grows under the influence of testosterone. Metoidioplasty has full sensation and erectile ability, but the size is too small for much in terms of penetrative sex. Phalloplasty allows for full size, but may interfere with sensation while erection requires an implant.

FTMs are real men, FYI. Just because there are limitations to the technology to fix what's basically a birth defect, doesn't change who they are.
