mother, older, gets, offsprings



Question by lenn1234: will a mother cat have sex with one of its offsprings when it gets older?

or do they know that they are related & won't have sex. I have a cat who gave birth to 3 kittens. I am keeping one of them and giving the rest to good friends. I'm not sure if the one i'm keeping is male or female.. but if its a male kitten & it grows up, will he & the mother mate? or would they know that they are family? thanks!!!!
oh yeah, my cats name is Exton.. and the new one will be named Boston. (i'm sticking to the city theme).. ;)
