What is behind the whole no peeing after sex?

Hi all, I have heard that it isnt good to go pee right after sex. I am kind of confused on this, seems how they have to do with two different spots...any ideas?

I think it's a gravity issue. In the "sit" position, you are making it harder for sperm to swim upward. Also, there's the possibility of semen leaking out if you use the bathroom RIGHT after. It's recommended you lie still for a few mins to give sperm a good head start :)

However if there's a UTI problem and you have been told to pee right after having sex, you should do it.
