Red Room: Kaylie Jones: My Father, James Jones, and Censorship
Proust said in Remembrance of Things Past that true artistic genius is generally about sixty years ahead of its time and almost never recognized. Well, it's been exactly sixty years since the publication of From Here to Eternity.

Question by Fztrd: Do women generally think of sex before entering a relationship?
How often do women think of sex before entering a relationship? Is it really one of the more common things that are thought (like how often guys do) or do women prefer being loved and that sort of thing?

Can I still be friends with my Muslim friend of the opposite sex?
I just want to know for sure because if so I just lost two dear friends one because he is about to get married and the other friend passed away (she was my mentor). I was hoping that I could still be friends with my Muslim friend just an occasional email but I am a single female and I do not think it is allowed. If it is not allowed I am so sad right now it's like a punch to my soul... i am kinda of lost right now. I hate losing good friends.

the real one: Heliocidaris tuberculata Brown sea urchin Echinometridae The brown sea urchin (Heliocidaris tuberculata) is commonly found on the coast from QLD to mid NSW. It is found attached to the rock substrate either singularly or in clusters in rock pools and crevices within the lower tidal zone. It has a circular test (hard outer covering) that is symmetrical on the radial axis. The test can reach 10cm in diameter while the primary spines range to 25mm and are oval in cross-section. Close to the test the spines are a dark red-orange colour but the colour becomes lighter and more evident towards the tips of the spines. General distribution: From Southern Queensland down to Ulladulla. Also found at Lord Howe Island and Kermandec Island. The brown sea urchin attaches itself to the rock substrate by very powerful tube feet, which are also used as its primary source of locomotion, although the spines can also be used. The tube feet extend from the testes through small pores that run in 5 sections across the test. H. tuberculata feeds by grazing on algae and other organic matter that it pulls of rock surfaces using 5 teeth which are arranged in a ring and are operated by retractor muscles. It is not possible to determine the sex of this species by looking at it. Fertilization occurs external to the animal through mass broadcast spawning of both eggs and sperm. The closest relative of the brown sea urchin is H. erthrogramma and the two species are thought to have diverged between 3 to 5 million years ago. www.anu.edu.au/BoZo/KioloaEcyclopaedia/metazoa/echinoderm...
